President Donald Trump confirmed on Monday that additional tariffs on Chinese goods will go into place if Chinese President Xi Jinping does not attend the coming G-20 meeting, Report informs citing the CNBC.
According to him, he will be “incredibly happy” to introduce new duties if China does not attend the meeting.
The G-20 summit this year will be held in Osaka on June 29th.
