Trade turnover between China and US rises

The volume of trade turnover between the United States and China in the first eight months of 2022 increased by 9.5% compared to last year and amounted to $514.958 billion, the General Administration of Customs of China said, Report informs.

According to the report, annual exports from China to the United States increased by 12.2% in January-August this year, or $397.151 billion. During that period, exports from the United States to China increased by 1.3% compared to the last year and amounted to $117.807 billion.

According to the information, the trade turnover between the two countries was $62.77 billion in August. During the reporting period, goods worth $49.77 billion were exported from China to the United States and $13 billion from the US to China.

The trade turnover between the two countries in 2021 increased by 28.7% and reached $755.6 billion.

The trade turnover between Russia and China in the first 7 months of this year increased by 29% compared to the annual indicator and reached $97.71 billion.
