President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev declared August 29 a national day of mourning to honor 13 people killed in multiple explosions in an arms depot, Report informs, with reference to Kazinform.
The blast took place on Thursday evening in the Bayzak district of the southern Zhambyl province, bordering Kyrgyzstan.
