Term of 'president of Nagorno-Karabakh' does not exist, Armenian parliament speaker says

Alen Simonyan, the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, has called for the dissolution of the inter-parliamentary commission "Armenia -Nagorno-Karabakh."

According to Report, which cites Simonyan, the commission is no longer valid as the "Nagorno-Karabakh" authorities have lost their legitimacy.

In a statement to Armenian media, Simonyan, who is also a lawyer, emphasized that "the term 'President of Nagorno-Karabakh' no longer exists" and that there are no longer any "Nagorno-Karabakh officials" as such. He believes that the issue of disbanding the mentioned format should be seriously discussed.
