The Taliban, who seized power in Afghanistan, declared that the US must withdraw its troops until September 11, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.
According to the Taliban, they would not fire on the US servicemen.
At the same time, the leader of the new regime will be announced within 2 or 3 days.
