The Taliban, who seized power in Afghanistan, announced their intention to amend the constitution, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.
"Afghanistan's new constitution will be adopted. This is inevitable," he said.
According to him, the country has not yet been officially named "Islamic Emirate," but there is such a desire.
