Switzerland suspends visa facilitation agreement with Russia

The Swiss authorities have completely suspended the simplified visa regime with Russia, the country's government - the Federal Council told Friday, Report informs, citing TASS.

"At its meeting on September 16, 2022, the Federal Council decided to completely suspend the agreement regarding the vested procedure for issuing visas, which Switzerland concluded with Russia," the government said in a statement.
