Swedish flag to be raised at NATO headquarters on March 11

The Swedish flag will be flown at NATO headquarters in Brussels on March 11, according to TV4, Report informs referring to TASS.
This ceremony will mark the beginning of the kingdom’s membership in the alliance. Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, Commander-in-Chief Mikael Büden and other politicians will attend. Ambassadors of NATO countries have been invited.
The new President of Hungary, Tamás Sulyok, signed on March 5 the ratification of the agreement on Sweden’s accession to NATO. Hungary became the last alliance country to approve the Swedish application.
