Western countries face growing threats from authoritarian states, with the next five years set to be some of the most dangerous in UK history, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said, Report informs via The Times.
Sunak believes the next few years will be some of the most dangerous and at the same time transformational in British history.
“An axis of authoritarian states represented by Iran, China, North Korea and the Russian Federation is challenging Western countries. Britain stands at a crossroads as over the next few years almost every aspect of British life, from democracy to the economy and from society to matters of war and peace, will undergo significant changes,” the prime minister said.
