Stoltenberg: NATO strives to use green energy sources as much as possible

NATO is committed to using green energy sources as much as possible and hopes that in the future this can be done without compromising combat capability, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said at the COP28 conference in Dubai, Report informs referring to Interfax.
At the same time, Stoltenberg expressed confidence that in the future, green technologies will provide the greatest combat readiness. In his opinion, this is because technologies necessary for the effective use of non-polluting energy sources are currently being actively developed.
According to the NATO secretary-general, the alliance is already striving to use new technologies to reduce environmental pollution when using aircraft, ships and armored vehicles.
