The Spanish police again cordoned off the building of the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid, Report informs via TASS.
An explosion occurred recently at the Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid at about 13:00 local time (16:00 Baku time). A letter with a pipe bomb addressed to the ambassador was opened by an embassy official.
