Spain PM announces flood aid plan of 10.6B euros

Spain will deploy an aid package worth 10.6 billion euros ($11.5 billion) to help regions recover from its deadliest floods in a generation, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said on Tuesday, Report informs via Agence France Presse.
The measures are part of an "immediate reconstruction and recovery plan" for the devastated eastern Valencia region and represent "a good first step", Sanchez told a news conference.
