South Korea's parliament impeached president Park Geun-hye

Baku. 9 December. REPORT.AZ/ Parliament of South Korea announced impeachment of President Park Geun-hye, Report informs citing the AFP.

This announcement was made on the basis of a secret ballot in parliament. 

The session included all 300 deputies of the National Assembly. 

Notably, in order to make impeachment it was necessary to get vote of at least 200 MPs.
