Somalia: Two police officers killed in armed attack

Two police officers and a resident were killed in an armed attack in Mogadishu, Report states, citing Anadolu.
According to the Interior Ministry of Somalia's capital, the armed attack took place in the Karan district.
A criminal case has been initiated, and an investigation is underway.
There have recently been several assassination attempts against members of the Central Election Commission appointed by President Mohammed Abdullah despite opposition protests.
