Slovak PM stands for peaceful resolution of Russo-Ukrainian war

The Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, said in an interview with the Joj24 TV channel that he is in favor of a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, Report informs.
"I will always prefer a peaceful resolution (of the conflict) and a ceasefire at any cost," he stressed.
Fico is also convinced that the supply of arms to Ukraine is not a suitable solution and that the funds spent on it are wasted.
In addition, the Prime Minister was suspicious of the initiative groups raising funds for Ukraine. One such group managed to collect 4 million euros in 2022.
