Six people die as bus plunges into river in India

At least six people died and several more sustained injuries and traumas when a passenger bus plunged into a river in the northeastern state of Meghalaya, India, Report informs, citing TASS.
The incident occurred after midnight, after the bus driver lost control of the vehicle on a complex section of the road and the bus plunged off the cliff to the Ringdi river. The rescue brigade and emergency services rushed to the site to help the victims. The police investigate the circumstances of the incident.
