Series of explosions heard in Nigeria on the day of presidential election

Baku. 23 February. REPORT.AZ/ A series of explosions was heard in the northeast Nigerian city of Maiduguri on on the day of presidential elections.

Notably, the elections in Nigeria were scheduled for February 16, but later the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) postponed them for February 23.
