Russian FM, president of Mozambique hold talks behind closed doors

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding talks with Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi without the presence of the press, Report informs via Russian media.

Earlier, Lavrov held talks with Deputy Foreign Minister of Mozambique Manuel José Gonçalves.

This is Lavrov's fourth visit to the African continent over the past year. Earlier this week, the minister had already traveled to Kenya and Burundi. Upon completion of his visit to Mozambique, he will travel to South Africa, where he will take part in a meeting of the BRICS Foreign Ministers.
