Russia and Ukraine have exchanged military personnel according to the formula 175 for 175, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, Report informs referring to Russian media.
Russia also transferred 22 seriously wounded prisoners of war in need of urgent medical care. The released Russian military personnel are in Belarus and will be delivered to their homeland for treatment and rehabilitation.
