Russia may involve up to 350,000 more troops in war - Ukrainian intelligence

Russia may involve up to 350,000 military personnel in combat operations in Ukraine, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Vadym Skibitsky said on the air of the Military Television of Ukraine, Report informs citing UNIAN.

"In the Russian army, many units carry out only the protection and defense of facilities both on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad. In addition, Russia has a powerful contingent in Syria. Russia has an extensive network of military bases in the territory of the former Soviet Union ... All combined, we get 300,000 to 350,000 troops, which Russia can use in the war against Ukraine,” Skibitsky said.
