Putin says relations with US are ‘in deep crisis’

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that Russia's relations with the United States are "in deep crisis", as Report informs via TASS.
Addressing an diplomats during a meeting of Russia’s Security Council, Putin announced the appointment of 17 new ambassadors, including fresh appointees to the US and throughout the EU.
Putin claimed the ‘difficult situation’ in the world prevented normal cooperation between countries, but that Russia was open to constructive partnerships with ‘every country.’
Despite the deteriorating relations between Russia and the West, he added, Russia would ‘not isolate itself’ on the world stage.
