Russia does not exclude the development of military-technical cooperation with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) under the signed agreement, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the end of the talks with Kim Jong-un, Supreme Leader of the DPRK, the Russian bureau of Report informs.
The Russian leader noted that the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between Russia and the DPRK envisages assistance in case of aggression against one of its participants.
