Putin congratulates Biden on US election victory

Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Joseph Biden on his election as the new President of the United States, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.
"For my part, I am ready to interact with you," Putin said.
Joseph Biden overcame the required 270 vote barriers and officially won the presidential race.
