Putin: Almost all of Ukraine's military infrastructure destroyed

Almost all of Ukraine's military infrastructure has been destroyed, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, Report informs via TASS.
"Ukraine's air defense system has been destroyed. No Russian conscripts are taking part in military operations in Ukraine. Russia will consider other countries' attempts to ban flights over Ukraine as part of military operations," Putin stressed.
The head of state also commented on the application of martial law in the country.
“There is no need for that in Russia yet. Martial law applies only in the event of external aggression,” he added.
