Poland refuses to send observers to CSTO exercises

Poland refused to send its observers to the exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Belarus, said the Minister of Defense of Belarus, Viktor Khrenin, Report informs.
According to him, this shows once again that they do not want to establish normal, friendly neighborly relations.
