Polish and Norwegian instructors have begun training another batch of Ukrainian soldiers on Leopard tanks, Report informs referring to Kresy.

"The main battle tank of NATO armies is the Leopard 2A4. Military instructors from Norway and Poland are seeking to provide the next batch of Ukrainian cadets with the opportunity to become more independent during training. The training is part of the EU military assistance mission to Ukraine,” the report says.

Foreign instructors want to give Ukrainians the opportunity to become more independent in training, so that they can then train other Ukrainians to operate the main battle tank.

"NATO allies continue to increase their support, having committed at the summit in Washington to provide Ukraine with a minimum of 40 billion euros in military aid over the next year," the report noted.
