Podolyak: Russian military planting mines in Kherson

The Russian military plant mines in the territory of Kherson and plan to turn the city into ruins, Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak tweeted, Report informs.

“RF wants to turn Kherson into a 'city of death.' Russian military mine everything they can: apartments, sewers. Artillery on the left bank plans to turn the city into ruins. This is what 'Russian world' looks like: came, robbed, celebrated, killed 'witnesses', left ruins and left,” he wrote.

On November 9, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered the withdrawal of troops from that part of the Kherson region, which is located on the right bank of the Dnieper River.
