European countries are aware that they may have to compensate for arms supplies to Kyiv if they are reduced by the US, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said in an interview with Welt, Report informs.
“Of course, we talk about this. We are clearly aware that we will, in all likelihood, sooner or later have to compensate for something that may no longer come from Washington,” the minister noted.
“Theoretically, there may also be areas where we cannot easily compensate [supplies] immediately,” Pistorius added.
