The Kars Cheese Museum, the world's largest and Türkiye's first and only cheese museum, is visited by thousands of local and foreign tourists every year.
Report's correspondent sent to Kars says that the museum, which is registered as the 18th cheese route in the world, exhibits more than 30 varieties produced in Kars.
The exhibits include recipes for cheese-based dishes, samples of endemic plants growing in the pastures of Kars. The museum has a cheese factory, trade pavilions and a cafe.
