Peskov names condition for ending military actions in Ukraine

The military action in Ukraine may stop in a moment, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Report informs, citing Reuters, that Peskov said Moscow is ready to stop the war any time.
Russia is demanding that Ukraine cease military action, change its constitution to enshrine neutrality, acknowledge Crimea as Russian territory and recognize Donetsk and Luhansk as independent territories, Peskov said.
