Peskov calls Kyiv's statement on readiness for dialogue with Moscow 'a positive dynamic'

Kyiv's statement that it is ready for dialogue with Moscow is a positive dynamic, Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs.
"It is a new statement, and it caught our attention. We will now analyze this," Peskov noted.
However, Peskov did not comment on the question of a meeting between Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky.
