Telegram co-founder Pavel Durov has been released from police custody in France to appear in court, Report informs referring to BFMTV.
The investigating judge has ruled to end Pavel Durov's detention.
Durov was arrested due to the platform's refusal to cooperate with the authorities during investigations into illegal content.
The investigating judge has ended Durov's detention in police custody for the purpose of initial interrogation and possible charges.
