OSCE Permanent Council’s extraordinary meeting gets underway in Vienna

An extraordinary meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council at the request of Ukraine has got underway in Vienna, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti that all OSCE countries can take part in the special meeting.
On Sunday, Poland's representative to the OSCE Adan Halasinski said that at the request of Ukraine, the Polish chairmanship would convene an extraordinary meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council. He specified that he had invited the special representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office in Ukraine and in the Trilateral Contact Group Mikko Kinnunen and the head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission Halit Cevik to participate in the meeting.
