Norwegian MoD: Russia suffered huge losses in Ukraine

Russia has suffered huge losses in Ukraine, the Norwegian Ministry of Defense Report informs.

It was noted that, despite this, Russia maintains its air and maritime capabilities: "Weakened Russia cannot be considered less dangerous. We are facing a more aggressive Russia."

It was stated that Russia may take unexpected steps: "Russia now relies more on its nuclear capabilities than its defense capabilities, and this should worry everyone."

Cooperation between Russia and China and how it develops should also be carefully monitored: "Russia's full-scale intervention in Ukraine in 2022 will fundamentally change the security landscape of Europe."
