UK Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Education Claire Coutinho has been appointed UK Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, Report informs citing TASS.
On this post, she will replace Grant Shapps, who was appointed defense secretary on August 31 to replace the retired Ben Wallace.
