Moldovan court to review CEC report on EU integration referendum results

The Constitutional Court (CC) of Moldova will review on October 31 the documents submitted by the Central Election Commission confirming the results of the republican referendum on European integration held on October 20, Report informs via TASS.
"The court session to review the CEC documents on referendum results will be held on October 31," the CC statement says.
Earlier, the CEC declared the referendum valid and approved the voting results protocol, which was sent to the CC.
According to final data, the turnout was 50.72%. Some 50.35% voted in favor of integration, while 49.65% voted against. According to law, the documents must be reviewed within 10 days.
