Mitsotakis: Greece, Cyprus and Israel interested in joining India’s trilateral format

Greece, Cyprus and Israel are interested in including India, in addition to the US, in the trilateral format of cooperation, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said, Report informs referring to TASS.

“We discussed various areas of mutual interests, as well as the dynamic expansion of our trilateral cooperation. Although we have the 3+1 format, we can consider including, in addition to the US, which is already a close ally, also countries such as India. As the prime minister of Israel also said, we have a natural interest in looking towards expansion, not only from a geopolitical point of view, but also from the point of view of the global scale. We can strive for this more systematically and we can invite the prime minister of India to take part in the work of our trilateral summit next year,” he said.
