Minsk decides to transfer army to wartime regime

The Minsk military commandant's office carried out a set of measures to transfer the army from peacetime to wartime, the Belarusian Defense Ministry said, Report informs via Sputnik-Belarus.

"The main goal is to check the training level of military personnel in coordinated actions when bringing an army unit to the highest levels of combat readiness," the ministry said.

The measures are carried out in accordance with the plan for a unplanned check of the troops' level of mobilization and combat readiness.
