Merkel: We appreciate dialogue with Russia 

"We highly appreciate dialogue with Russia, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said during her visit to Moscow, Report informs, citing TASS.

She also stressed that there is a difference of opinion between the parties: "We intend to continue contacts with Russia. Despite the difference of opinion, we are in contact with each other."

Note that the Chancellor's phone rang during the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. She switched the phone to silent mode and quickly put it in her pocket.
