NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte affectionately referred to President Trump as “daddy” on Tuesday after the president slammed Israel and Iran for continuing strikes despite a fragile ceasefire agreement.
Before departing for the NATO summit in the Netherlands on Tuesday, Trump suggested both countries had violated the terms of the deal and had been fighting so long and hard that they “don’t know what the f— they’re doing.”
“Daddy has to use tough language,” Rutte said to describe the U.S. president’s use of expletives.
