Media: Japan wants to give warships to Australia

The Japanese government intends to participate in the tender for the supply of warships to Australia as part of the program of modernization and development of the Navy, Report informs, citing Yomiuri.

If Japan wins the tender, it intends to supply Australia with modernized versions of its most advanced destroyers.

Other potential candidates for supplying warships to Australia include Germany and South Korea.
