Armed forces fired multiple launch rocket systems at border settlements in northern Israel.
Report informs with reference to the Janoubia news portal that fighters of the radical Hezbollah movement fired at least 40 rockets into Israeli territory in one day. Air raid sirens sounded in the Upper Galilee, where most of them were hit by Israeli air defenses. However, in some places, according to eyewitnesses, explosions were heard when rockets hit the target.
Fire was also opened on Israeli army positions in the Kfar Shuba and Shebaa areas.
