Magnitude 5.5 quake jolts India

An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 has been recorded in India, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center, Report informs referring to TASS.
The epicenter of the disaster was 25 km southwest of the city of Padum, where about 25,000 people live. The outbreak lay at a depth of 35 km.
There were no reports of damage or casualties.
