Lavrov: There can be no talks with Zelenskyy

There can be no talk of negotiations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference on the results of Russian diplomacy in 2022, Report informs.
The Russian minister stressed that the Russian side is ready to consider and respond to any serious US proposals.
Also, according to Lavrov, all decisions regarding Ukraine are made by the West.
