Lavrov: It's too early to speak about recognition of Taliban

Russian Foreign minister Sergei Lavrov has held a press conference in Kaliningrad.
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that Russia is not hurrying to recognize the Taliban regime in Afghanistan.
"We are not rushing to recognize the Taliban as a legitimate authority in Afghanistan, just like all other countries," Lavrov told reporters.
Lavrov also said that the Western countries lost their hegemony.
