Lavrov, Blinken to speak on phone on February 1

US State Secretary Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will speak on the phone on February 1, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, Report informs citing TASS.

She added that the two officials do not plan to hold a one-on-one meeting.
