Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan sign document on ceasing border tensions

The heads of the state committees for national security of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan signed a protocol on settling the situation on the border, the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan Kamchibek Tashiyev said, Report informs via Interfax.

Negotiations were held at Kizil-Bel checkpoint of Kyrgyzstan’s Batken region.

Tashiyev said that he hopes that all clauses of the protocol will be fulfilled.
