In addition, these countries are also expected to receive space communications systems, radars and patrol boats, equipment for military ports.

Assistance will be allocated on preferential terms, and its amount will increase. To coordinate this activity in the Japanese Foreign Ministry, it is planned to create a special group of 10 people.

The recipient countries of Japanese aid are of great geopolitical importance for Tokyo, in particular, in terms of containing China. In addition, the stronghold of the Japanese Navy is located in Djibouti.
