Jakarta evacuates residents due to floods

Some 1,380 people have been evacuated in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, due to flooding caused by monsoon rains, Report mentions, referring to Reuters.
The height of the floodwaters reached 1.8 meters in some areas.
Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan said they have set up about 20 evacuation centers in the capital. No one was killed or injured in the disaster.
The Indonesian Meteorological Agency (BMKG) has warned that unfavorable weather conditions will continue in the coming days in the capital and neighboring areas.
