The Italian city of Turin has prohibited smoking within 5 meters of another person outdoors — unless that person gives their explicit consent, Report informs via Politico.

Mayor Stefano Lo Russo called it a “common sense” decision. Those flouting the new regulation risk a hefty 100 euros fine.
